Jane

Jane is a global expert communication and organisational change coach, systemic practitioner, facilitator and conflict resolution expert with extensive broadcast experience and the energy sector.

With over 20 years’ experience in the television industry, she has led diverse teams, producing and directing documentaries and current affairs programmes. Jane developed a passion for effective and high impact communication which inspired her to become trained in Enhance Conversational Intelligence. She has real world experience of significant organisational change and has been supporting organisations and people through the professional and personal challenges of change and transition for over 10 years.

As a corporate and executive coach, Jane has great insight into the pressures within a results-driven and rapidly changing environment and recognises the value of having an impartial third party to talk to, in complete confidence about professional and work-related issues. She helps individuals and teams to recognise and utilise their own resources and ingenuity to produce results at a personal and organisational level, enabling greater success through innovative thinking and shifting perspectives. Jane is also an experienced facilitator in change programmes, conflict resolution and in the area of Trust in organisations.

Jane balances challenge with reflection to facilitate learning and growth, quickly establishing trust and empathy with her clients to facilitate open, honest discourse that yields highly productive and beneficial results.

Operational Experience:

  • Managed and leader at BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Granada Media, Granada USA, LWT and Thames Television: various staff and freelance roles in production and broadcast
  • As a coach, Jane has worked with a diverse range of clients including executives at director level, humanitarian leaders, business entrepreneurs and professionals in the performing arts
  • She is one of the coaches on the Leadership Development Programme at Save the Children and an executive coach for the UN.
